Nothern Governors in Nigeria beg for christians prayer during this lenting period

As reported by Abu Nmodu of the leadership newspaper,the Northern States Governors Forum (NSGF) has enjoined Christian faithful to use the Lenten season which began on Wednesday to pray to God for solutions to the socio-economic and security challenges confronting the nation.
Chairman of the forum and governor of Niger State, Dr Mu’azu Babangida Aliyu, made the call yesterday in a statement signed by his chief press secretary, Danladi Ndayebo.
The forum also enjoined Christian faithful to conduct themselves very well during the season in order to maximize the spiritual and physical benefits inherent in the season.

Well said. We need prayers in this country o. Children of God, lets all come out to pray for our Jerusalem. Let the prince of peace restore peace into this nation. IT IS WELL.
